From the 1st of June onwards, the Global Cafe Direct and Hustle & Bustle brands of coffee will be moving their online location from this Coffex website to the website of The Bean Alliance Roastery Store:

The Bean Alliance Roastery website serves as a central ‘emporium’, and ultimately, we wish to simplify navigation and provide a more seamless online shopping experience for our loyal customers.
You might just find some new coffee options to satisfy your curiosity, or be tempted by the range of drinking chocolates, coffee syrups, tea, chai and more
The Bean Alliance is a Melbourne based coffee roastery, made up of people who imagine, design, procure and create. Since 1981, the Bean Alliance has made it a mission to deliver consistently delicious coffee to suit every taste and brewing style.
The state-of-the-art facilities at The Bean Alliance Roastery have allowed them to become the first roaster in Australia to roast Australian Certified Organic coffee. A number of brands roasted by The Bean Alliance are also Fairtrade certified.
Both Global Cafe Direct and Hustle & Bustle are freshly roasted at the Bean Alliance Roastery, located in Reservoir, Melbourne, Victoria.
The online ordering process will remain the same on the Bean Alliance Roastery website, with shipping available Australia wide.
Additionally, you’ll also be able to place ‘click & collect’ orders for same day pick-up.
If you have a subscription set up for regular deliveries of either Global Cafe Direct and/or Hustle & Bustle, you will need to create a new subscription for these on the Bean Alliance Roastery website.
Also, because Coffex Loyalty Points are non-transferable, if you wish to use your points to purchase either Global Café Direct and/or Hustle & Bustle coffee, these will need to be used on the Coffex website by the 31st of May.
However, if you wish to use your loyalty points to purchase other products on the Coffex website, the points will remain valid and you can use them beyond the 31st of May.

They supply to retail stores, food service, cafes, and direct to consumers. Is ordering still the same?
Yes, the ordering process will remain the same on the Bean Alliance Roastery website, with shipping available Australia wide.
An additional option on the Bean Alliance website is to place a 'click & collect' order for same day pick up. Orders can be collected directly from the Bean Alliance Roastery location at 25 Kurnai Ave. Reservoir, VIC.
Orders places by 2:30pm can be picked up by 5pm same business day.
Orders placed after 2:30pm will be ready for collection the next business day.
Store pick up available Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5pm (except public holidays)

Can I maintain my subscription?
If you have a subscription set up for regular deliveries of either Global Cafe Direct and/or Hustle & Bustle, you will need to create a new subscription for these on the Bean Alliance Roastery website.

What happens with my Coffex Loyalty Points?
Coffex Loyalty Points are non-transferable, which means if you wish to use them to purchase either Global Cafe Direct and/or Hustle & Bustle coffee, these will need to be used on the Coffex website by the 31st of May.
